We grant consumers a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in an unused condition. This expressly includes trying on. Any obvious soiling of wearable products or signs of everyday use will result in a reduction in value in the event of a withdrawal.

To return a product, please contact flower.paul.dichtler@principiadeunusmundus.eu with a copy of your invoice and the reason for returning the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will be refunded.
